Bondleigh Lady in Silk (1994)Rozen and I bought Silky from Sarah Inskip after we had had her on loan for two years while Sarah was at Bicton. We had to save long and hard for her but she was worth every penny! Trekerwys Sweet William (2005)Born on the 29th April 2005 Silky's beautiful foaly is my first home bred pony. Well done Silky! Fli (1986)Fli was our very first pony. We had him on permanent loan for about five years in which time he taught me virtually all I know. He is now living on the sand dunes above Crantock Beach. Jamie (1970)Jamie is a very special pony whom I rescued some years ago. He was in a terrible way and it took a long time for us to get him right. Born in 1970, he is a very old pony! Sweetcombe Sunsplash (2002)Rufus was originally bought from his breeder in Dorset as a 2 year old in a partnership with a friend from college. However circumstances soon meant that I had to buy her out and so Rufus became solely mine just days before his Devon County win. Rufus is a very cheeky little pony, whom is proving himself greatly in his showing career. He has already appeared in the Exmoor Pony Society Annual Newsletter, The Native Pony Magazine and Ridegway Rider. He will be broken in for riding and driving at the end of the season. Chester (1985)We had Chester for about four years as company for the old pony, Jamie. He now lives with some shire horses in St Newlyn East. Bengad Water Germander (2000)Bought on the 4th May 2005, Wallace is going to be the first project of my very own. Get in some practice before I get going with Rufus! ;) |
